Vendor Terms

These terms apply to businesses that list products or services on variables, in addition to the Terms of Use.

1. Your Listing

• Business details, products, prices and availability must be accurate and kept up to date.
• List only products you can supply. Use exact model names and the manufacturer’s specifications.
• Prices you enter are shown to customers with the date they were last updated.

2. Quotations and Customers

• Quote honestly and include what is and isn’t included (installation, structure, cabling, taxes).
• Use customer details only to answer their request and complete the job. Do not share them or use them for unrelated marketing.
• You are responsible for your products, installation, warranties and after-sales service.

3. Team Accounts

The business owner controls who is in the team and their roles, and is responsible for actions taken by team members.

4. Fees

Listing and quoting are free during launch. Any future fees or commissions will be announced in advance and apply only after you accept them.

5. Suspension

We may suspend a business for misleading listings, fake reviews, abuse of customers or breaking these terms. You can still view your records while suspended.
