Privacy Policy

Last updated 18 October 2026

This policy explains what variables collects, why, and the choices you have.

1. What We Collect

Account: email, name and mobile/WhatsApp number when you sign up.
Your plans: appliances, bill units, travel distance and other inputs you enter. Without an account, calculator inputs stay on your device.
Requests and quotations: what you send to vendors and what they send you.
Usage: pages visited, clicks on seller links and basic device information, to keep the service working and improve it.

2. How We Use It

To run the calculators, the shop and your account.
To send your request to the vendors you choose, and their quotations back to you.
To prevent abuse and keep accounts secure.
To understand which features and sellers are useful (aggregated).

3. Who Sees It

Vendors see your name, number and plan only when you send them a request or accept their quotation. We do not sell your personal data. Service providers that host the app and its database process data on our behalf.

4. Storage and Security

Data is stored with our hosting and database providers and protected by access rules. Keep your sign-in private; tell us if you think your account is misused.

5. Your Choices

Edit your profile at any time and cancel open requests.
Ask us to delete your account and data; some records may be kept where the law requires.
You can use the calculators without signing in.

6. Children

variables is not intended for children under 18.
